Staci Patton is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Whole30 Certified Coach based in Oklahoma City who specializes in helping people embrace their life through beauty, fitness, and health. She is also a Licensed Hair Stylist, Group Fitness Instructor, and PILOXING® Master Trainer. Staci experienced a traumatic loss in 2012 that eventually led her to the Whole30 program. She soon discovered the unhealthy relationships to food she had developed during that time of pain, grieving, and healing. Staci’s love and gratitude to the Whole30 program has inspired her to be a part of helping others uncover the unhealthy ways they use food to cope with life’s curve balls.
Staci attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, graduating in July of 2016. As Staci grows older she realizes the importance of keeping her own health a priority by getting quality rest every night, eating a diet primarily of whole foods, and getting some sort of physical movement daily. Staci also understands the importance of belonging: to a community, to a family, to a purpose. It is through belonging that we find fulfillment in our life.
