In 2011, I helped myself overcome my own medical problem by diving into the research and figuring out how my lifestyle impacted my condition. I realised that a lot of patients could benefit from a doctor explaining the evidence based benefits of healthy living, which is exactly what I do. By taking a holistic view of the body and mind, combined with conventional medical practice, we are able to achieve great things.
I’m also creating the UK’s first ‘Culinary Medicine’ course with the Royal College of General Practice. This course aims to teach doctors and health professionals the foundations of nutrition and … how to cook!
