In 2011, I helped myself overcome my own medical problem by diving into the research and figuring out how my lifestyle impacted my condition. I realised that a lot of patients could benefit from a doctor explaining the evidence based benefits of healthy living, which is exactly what I do. By taking a holistic view of the body and mind, combined with conventional medical practice, we are able to achieve great things.
