High saturated fats are statistically significantly associated with increased breast cancer risk and excess dietary fat is strongly associated with positive hormone-sensitive breast cancer than receptor-negative disease. In this post are my 4 recommendations for Xymogen supplements to lower your cancer risk.

Do we need high quality fats?  Yes. Stick with organic high quality plant-based oils - olive, safflower, sunflower, coconut, walnut, avocado, hazelnut, etc. Use oils moderately. Limit animal fats. Animal fats are biochemical depot storage units for environmental toxins. Chemicals and metals are stored in fat cells to protect our bodies and allow us to function. Is it the fat intake or the chemicals stored in the fats that cause cancer?

  • It is still recommended for women with dense fibrous breasts to take Omega-3's daily to reduce their breast cancer risk by 30%.  I recommend Xymogen's Omega 820 and Phosphaline 4:1 daily.
  • Eat a plant-based diet, juice your chlorophyll-rich greens and take Xymogen's Oncoplex ES daily.
  • Get down and get spicy. Take Xymogen's CurcuPlex ES daily to kill cancer cells. High dose turmeric is effective in reducing all kinds of cancers.
  • You need sleep to repair and regenerate. There is no substitute for rejuvenating sleep. Second Nature patients with cancer take Xymogen's Melatonin 10-20mg.
