I sometimes feel nervous, like I walk on eggshells often. I sometimes find ways to distract myself from having to confront challenges and/or make decisions. I sometimes find that i have lost interest in things I once enjoyed — perhaps even apathetic. When I look into the mirror. I feel lost. Overall, I feel at ease and precent (in the here and now) although there are times I’d like to have a bit more confidence and trust in my intuition. None of these apply to me. 3.When faced with a conflict or challenge, how do you typically respond? Typically, I feel worried, nervous, and even a bit obsessed. I tend to react based on feelings like panic, anxiety, and foreboding. In many cases, I tend to feel quit and regret. This can turn into frustration, anger, and feeling “weighed down.” Typically, I avoid conflict and try to escape my thoughts and feelings. Typically, I am indecisive and maybe even resigned. In many cases, I feel lost or empty. For the most part, I feel empowered and confident in my ability to follow my intuition and act with intention. 4.When you think, where does your mind go most often? I most often think of thought of the future. Most often, I dwell on thoughts of the past. In many cases, I find that my mind goes 100 miles an hour. When this happens, I have to “check out” and escape these racing thoughts. Generally, my thoughts tend to go neither here nor there. Im not sure, sometimes I can’t find my way out of my thoughts and back into the present moment. For the most part, I find that I am able to focus on the present moment. 5.Select all that apply: Which of the following resonate with you?
