- Re-Find Health Founder

The Re-Find Health concept was shaped by Chris's own long and complicated health history as well as his career as a speaker's agent.
In 1999, after nearly a decade of gradually losing weight, Chris's health was at a point where simple daily tasks became a struggle. He found himself 85 lbs. underweight, anemic, and with dangerously low cholesterol. There were vision problems, dental problems, hair loss, and a long list of other ailments that his doctors could never properly explain. Test after test was given but nothing ever yielded an appropriate answer. Finally after visiting a gastroenterologist, he was diagnosed with celiac disease.
Moving forward on a gluten-free diet, his health improved rapidly and within six months, his weight was back to normal and all seemed to be back to the way it should be. Fast forward five years and Chris was 100 lbs. overweight living on a diet of gluten-free junk food. This is where the transformation began. Doing a deep dive into the nutrition world, Chris discovered people like Mark Sisson, Chris Kresser, and Robb Wolf and within one year had lost 100 lbs. with what was really little or no effort. Eating unprocessed food and moving as much as possible changed the way he viewed the world and the way he approached health.
In 2011, Chris created Primal Docs (now Re-Find Health). It married the two things that Chris new best, representing artists and speakers and the difficulty of finding a doctor who was on board with the concepts behind Ancestral Health and Functional Medicine. Chris helps people around the world find partners in their healthcare journey as well as helping healthcare professionals share their knowledge through events in locations around the world.
